what to look for in a plant protein

a label you can read. turn it over. if the ingredient list runs to fifteen lines, a lot of it is there for texture and sweetness, not for you. our vanilla has six ingredients: pea protein isolate, mung bean, sorghum, coconut milk powder, stevia and vanilla extract. chocolate adds cacao and sea salt, so it's eight.
