yogurt, a scoop, peanut butter, and a dark chocolate shell you crack with the back of a spoon. it eats like the bar. it isn't the bar.
what you need
- 200g Greek yogurt, or coconut yogurt to keep it plant-based
- 1 scoop (35g) naturally, vanilla or chocolate protein
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 30g dark chocolate, melted
- a small handful of roasted peanuts, chopped
how to make it
- Stir the yogurt, the scoop and the peanut butter together in a bowl until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate and pour it over the top in an even layer.
- Scatter the chopped peanuts over the chocolate while it's still wet.
- Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Crack it with a spoon and eat.

a few notes
vanilla keeps the peanut butter front and centre. chocolate makes it richer. both work. if you leave it in the freezer for an hour, the base sets too and it's closer to ice cream.
one scoop is 35g of powder and 25g of protein, with 140 calories, 3g net carbs and 0.34g of sugar. those numbers are printed on the back of every pack.

made with naturally, vanilla or chocolate. can't decide, try both.
